By Purchasing Graphics from Cocky Design, you are stating that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions set by this agreement.

1- You agree to pay in full for all images designed and/or produced by Cocky Design for which you have placed an order.

2- We require 50% of the total order to be paid in advance, before we will start on your project. Then upon completion of the design and approval of the sample designs, the remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before you will receive your completed designs.

3- All payments must be made via Paypal only.

4- Upon completion of your designs, you will be sent a jpg image, or portion of your final design for adjustment, corrections and/or approval. We do not ask that you send payment until you are satisfied with the samples provided to you.

5- The client hereby releases Cocky Design from any and all legal actions or monetary settlements arising from the purchaser providing us with unlicensed images or content to be used for the development of their design.

6- All model(s) appearing in ANY images that the client provides for use in the construction of their design must be of 18 years of age or older.

7- Cocky Design will have the right to add all of the projects created to it's portfolio.
